Firefox on Windows
Step 1
Click the menu button and select Options.


Step 2
Select the Privacy & Security panel.

Step 3
In the Cookies and Site Data section, click Clear Data.

Step 4
Remove the check mark in front of Cookies and Site Data. Then with Cached Web Content check marked, click the Clear button.

Step 5
Close the about:preferences page. Any changes you’ve made will automatically be saved.


Firefox on Android
Step 1
Open the Firefox app.

Step 2
Tap the menu button on the bottom-right, and tap Settings.


Step 3
Under Settings, scroll down and tap Delete browsing data.

Step 4
Remove the check marks in front of all check boxes except Cookies and Cached images and files, then tap Delete browsing data. Upon confirmation, tap Delete.



Firefox on Mac OS
Step 1
Click the menu button and select Options.


Step 2
Select the Privacy and Security panel.

Step 3
Scroll down, then in the Cookies and Site Data section, click Clear Data.

Step 4
Remove the check mark in front of Cookies and Site Data. Then with Cached Web Content check marked, click the Clear button.

Firefox on iOS
Step 1
Tap the Menu icon

Step 2
Tap Settings.

Step 3
Scroll down and tap Data Management.

Step 4
Make sure Cache is selected. You will know it is selected if the toggle bar is blue.

Step 5
Tap Clear Private Data then tap OK.
