The Four B’s of Getting Brave for Your Internet Browsing
Here’s some key points to use Brave as your main browser.

Brave is What?
Brave is a Chromium-based, free-to-download and open-source browser developed by Brave Software, Inc. It was initially released in 2019 and has seen up to 50 million monthly active users as of writing.
It has since gained and released some new interesting features, such as native video conferencing, customizable news feeds, and offline playlists.
Additionally, as of April 2022, Brave will be releasing a De-AMP feature, which bypasses Google’s AMP (Accelerated Mobile Pages), which will make browsing websites even after and seamless for users.

Brave, and Why?
What Brave sets apart from other browsers is its prime user experience towards security and rewarding both users and creators. It’s also quite faster since it blocks trackers and ads, all while saving you data and traffic.
Brave also boasts a slew of quality-of-life features even casual users will enjoy such as the following:
- Shields
- Brave Rewards
- Brave Firewall + VPN
- Custom Backgrounds
- Playlist (iOS only)
- Night Mode
- Speedreader
- IPFS Integration
Additionally, here’s a neat table of how Brave fares compared to other browsers in privacy and security
